Integra Ty Nant – a residential care home in RCT for men aged 18 and above with a mental health diagnosis, housed in four adjacent properties with 11 bedrooms, most with en‑suite bathrooms and one house with a lift. The facility also includes two self‑contained flats for individuals seeking more independent living.

Role Overview
You will work with young adults who have complex needs, building positive relationships by listening, discussing, and planning goals and ambitions together. You will support them to plan and undertake daily tasks, practical activities such as cooking, cleaning, and running errands, personal care (including eating and medication), and participate in outings and events. The role requires a caring attitude and resilience, making a positive impact on the independence of those you support.
Responsibilities
