Senior Support Worker (Nights)
Salary: £13.27 per hour
Working Hours: 33 hours per week

Role Overview
The Senior Care Assistant will assist senior management in assessing the support needs of residents and collaborate with staff and residents to develop new ideas and methods that enhance the quality of services.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior management in assessing support needs of residents.
- Work with residents to initiate and develop new ideas and methods to improve service quality.
- Treat others with respect, listen to their needs, and understand their emotions.
- Maintain a kind, friendly, and honest approach in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or currently working towards this qualification.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
