Senior Care Assistant Role
Assists senior management in assessing support needs and collaborates with people we support to initiate and develop new ideas and methods to improve service quality.
Responsibilities
- Provide person‑centred care and support.
- Assist in care planning and assessment processes.
- Support the development of new ideas and service improvement initiatives.
- Model respect, listening, kindness, friendliness and honesty in interactions.
- Motivate and manage a team where appropriate.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities.
- Minimum Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or demonstrably working towards it.
- Motivated to lead and inspire a care team.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
