Job Description
Full Time SEN Learning Support Worker – 30 hours per week, £12.85 per hour. Service: Regent College.
We are currently recruiting Full Time SEN Learning Support Workers to join our Team at Regent College.
A role in SEN is more than “Just a job”.

Regent College is part of National Care Group.
We provide specialist education to young people aged 16 to 25.
As a small independent college, we develop bespoke study programmes that promote independence and support individual goals.
We support young adults with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviours and complex needs.
As a SEN learning support worker, you will empower learners to develop vocational, social and independent life skills.
At Regent College the majority of learning takes place in the local community.
Learners have the opportunity to volunteer or take part in work placements which allows them to develop important skills for the world of work.

What qualities do you need to be a great SEN learning support worker?
- A caring attitude, with a passion for supporting others and a motivation to see them achieve goals.
- A team player, able to work effectively with other colleagues.
- Resilience to keep going at difficult times and the confidence to ask for support if needed.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Level 2 English & Maths is preferred but not required – willingness to progress or work towards Level 2.
