- Work with young adults who have complex needs.
- Build positive relationships with people by listening, discussing, and planning goals and ambitions together.
- Assist with planning daily tasks and practical activities such as cooking, cleaning, and running errands.
- Assist with personal care, which may include support with eating and administering medication.
- Help plan and participate in any enjoyable days out.
- Support individuals to become more independent wherever possible.
Qualifications
- A UK Driving License is desirable.
