Responsibilities:
- Work with young adults who have complex needs.
- Build positive relationships by listening, discussing, and planning goals and ambitions together.
- Assist with planning daily tasks and practical activities such as cooking, cleaning and running errands.
- Support personal care, including eating and administering medication.
- Help plan and participate in any exciting days out they wish to enjoy.
- Make a positive impact by supporting them to become more independent wherever possible.
