We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our team at Atlantic Way, based in Devon. This will be a multi-site role and will require you to travel around our services based in Devon.

Atlantic Way Care is spread over seven individual sites providing 24-hour support for individuals with a vast range of complex needs.

Monitor and assist the effective delivery of group and individual activities within homes that address agreed client goals and the progress of individuals against agreed outcome and well-being measures.

Responsibility for completing and reviewing internal quality compliance systems.
The most important qualities needed are the ability to treat others with respect, listen to their needs and understand their emotions.
Has experience supporting adults with mental health & learning disabilities.
Driving Licence essential as you will be travelling across our services.
