About the Service: Abbeyvale Care Centre is a warm and caring residential service for people with various diagnoses, including physical disabilities, advanced age, dementia, and mental health needs.

About National Care Group: National Care Group is a leading provider of adult social care, supporting people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, acquired brain injuries, autism, and complex related needs, enabling them to live as independently as possible in their community.

Role Overview: You will work with young adults who have complex needs, building positive relationships, planning goals, assisting with daily tasks such as cooking and cleaning, personal care including eating support and medication administration, and arranging enjoyable days out. The role is challenging but rewarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build positive relationships through listening, discussing, and goal planning.
  • Plan and support daily tasks: cooking, cleaning, errands.
  • Assist with personal care including eating and medication.
  • Organise and participate in days out.
  • Promote independence wherever possible.
