Apple House supports people to take an active role in their lives, helping with daily tasks and promoting confidence and social inclusion. We offer activities such as pet therapy, outings, BBQs, picnics and parties, and host various events to encourage choice and participation.

Responsibilities

  • Build positive relationships by listening, discussing and planning goals with young adults with complex needs.
  • Plan and support daily tasks, including cooking, cleaning and running errands.
  • Assist with personal care, such as eating and administering medication.
  • Plan and participate in enjoyable days out and community activities.
  • Support individuals to become more independent wherever possible.
