Responsibilities:
- Provide quality support, listening, discussing and planning individual goals and ambitions
- Provide person‑centred support
- Assist with personal care including mealtimes and medication
- Encourage and empower those we support to be independent in everyday life
- Use the Stream app (formerly Wagestream) to provide better financial control
