Support Worker – up to 40 hrs per week available – £12.62 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing quality support where you will listen, discuss and plan individuals' goals and ambitions.
  • Providing person‑centred support.
  • Assist with personal care that will include mealtimes and medication.
  • Encourage and empower those we support to be independent in their everyday lives.

Westward Care provides one‑to‑one support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism and/or complex needs within a residential setting.
