We are currently recruiting Full Time Administrator to join our Team at Regent College. A role in SEN is more than "Just a job". You are enabling and supporting people to achieve great things. Regent College is part of National Care Group. We provide specialist education to young people aged 16 to 25. As a small independent college, we develop bespoke study programmes that promote independence and support individual goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure smooth college operations.
- Maintain accurate HR, recruitment, and training records, ensuring compliance with DBS, RTW, and audits.
- Manage and update learner and staff data across Databridge and Sona; produce reports.
- Support quality assurance, compliance audits, and Ofsted inspections.
- Coordinate meetings, minute-taking, events, and communications.
- Support finance and resources, including payroll data, petty cash, purchase orders, and stock.
- Manage reception duties, diaries, correspondence, and office procedures.
- Maintain digital platforms (website, social media, NCG Engage App).
- Deliver effective general clerical and document management services.
