About the Role: You will work with young adults with complex needs, supporting their daily living and personal care, helping them achieve independence.
Responsibilities:
- You will listen to and discuss with the young adults to plan goals and ambitions.
- Assist with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and errands.
- Support personal care including eating and medication during the night.
- Provide compassion and encouragement to help them become more independent.
