We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager who will be visible, build trusted relationships and ensure every person is supported to live a meaningful life on their own terms. Know each person well, including what helps them feel safe, settled, confident and involved. Help people maintain friendships, access their community, enjoy their interests and pursue personal goals. The Registered Manager role Ensure the health, wellbeing and safety of the people supported and colleagues. Lead high-quality, person-centred support in line with legal, statutory and regulatory requirements. Maintain strong oversight of quality, governance, training compliance, staffing and service operations. Build effective relationships with families, advocates, health and social care professionals, commissioners and regulators. Maintain registration with the Care Quality Commission and promote continuous improvement. About you You will be an established social care leader who can balance operational oversight with genuine, relationship-based leadership. Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, mental health support needs and/or complex needs. Leadership experience and a strong understanding of quality, governance and safeguarding. A Level 4 or 5 qualification in Health and Social Care, or relevant experience with a commitment to achieving the qualification. The confidence to lead across a seven-day service, including appropriate flexibility and participation in the on-call rota.
