This Exciting Role Will Include Various Responsibilities, Such As:
- Providing quality support where you will listen, discuss and plan individuals' goals and ambitions.
- Providing person-centred support.
- Assisting with personal care that will include mealtimes and medication.
- Encouraging and empowering those we support to be independent in their everyday lives.
- Access to an app called Stream enabling greater control over your finances.
