Waking Nights Support Worker

Service: Endurance Care Limited – Broadstairs

Salary £12.21 per hour / £25,396.80 per annum (Based on 40 hours per week)

Shift: 10pm – 8am / 4 nights per week

We are currently recruiting for a Waking Night Support Worker to join our team at Endurance Care Kent, based in Broadstairs.

We have a range of services throughout Broadstairs, including a 6 bed Residential unit and six, two to four bed Supported living flats all of which support adults with mental health conditions, learning disabilities and complex needs.

The role of a National Care Group Support Worker

  • You will build positive relationships with people by listening, discussing, and then planning goals and ambitions together.
  • You will help to plan their daily tasks and assist with practical activities such as cooking, cleaning and running errands.
  • You will assist with personal care, which may include support with eating and administering medication.
  • You will help to plan and participate in any exciting days out they wish to enjoy.
  • You will make a positive impact on someone\’s life by supporting them to become more independent wherever possible.
