Salary: £29,556.80 (based on 40 hours per week) (£14.21 per hour)

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Service: Endurance Care Limited - Great Yarmouth

Location: Kings Lynn

As a Team Leader, you will promote and ensure the company vision of person‑centred support is implemented whilst maintaining each individual's potential and independence. You will act as the front‑line manager and ensure all back‑office duties are completed in compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for staff management and staff development.
  • Leading the staff in promoting each individual's well‑being, safety and quality of life.
  • Monitor and assist the effective delivery of group and individual activities within homes that address agreed individual goals and progress against agreed outcome and well‑being measures.
  • Ensure that liaison with external parties within their areas of responsibility is coordinated effectively to ensure communication is effective and consistent within the home.
  • Work in accordance with company values, policies and procedures, legislation and national minimum standards.
  • Meet agreed individual annual objectives.
  • Responsibility for completing and reviewing internal quality compliance systems.
  • Participate in on‑call duties.
  • Demonstrate respect, active listening and empathy; be kind, friendly and honest.

Ideal Candidate

  • Supporting adults with learning disabilities.
  • Minimum Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or working towards it.
  • Able to motivate and manage a team.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a Team Leader role.
  • Driving licence preferred as will be travelling across services.
