We are currently recruiting for a SupportWorker to join our team at Affinity Supporting People South Limited – Heywood.

Affinity Supporting People South Limited is part of National Care Group. We provide supported living services for people w ith a range of diagnoses, including complex physical difficulties, learning difficulties, autism and mental health. Our dedicated team works closely with those we support to deliverperson-centred care, empowering each individual to reach their goals and fulfiltheir aspirations.

The role of a National Care GroupSupport Worker

You will work with young adults who have complexneeds. We are looking for a respectful and caring individual who canpassionately support our young adults to fulfil their potential. This is asometimes challenging role but one with huge rewards.

  • You will build positive relationships with people by listening, discussing, and then planning goals and ambitions together.
  • You will help to plan their daily tasks and assist with practical activities such as cooking, cleaning and running errands.
  • You will assist with personal care, which may include support with eating and administering medication.
  • You will help to plan and participate in any exciting days out they wish to enjoy.
  • You will make a positive impact on someone\’s life by supporting them to become more independent wherever possible.
