Richmond Mews is a residential support home providing 24‑hour nursing and personal care for individuals with learning disabilities, autistic people, and other complex needs. A dedicated team of nurses and support workers strives to provide a safe and stimulating environment where self‑help skills are actively encouraged, empowering the opportunity to live a fulfilling life in the heart of a community.

Responsibilities

  • Build positive relationships by listening, discussing, and planning goals and ambitions together.
  • Help plan daily tasks and assist with practical activities such as cooking, cleaning, and running errands.
  • Assist with personal care, including support with eating and administering medication.
  • Plan and participate in any exciting day‑out activities the resident wishes to enjoy.
  • Make a positive impact by supporting residents to become more independent wherever possible.
