Job Summary
Night Shift Support Worker at National Care Group Limited. Up to 40 hours per week. Pay: £12.41 per hour (£25,000 per annum).

Shelton Care Oak House, Stoke on Trent (Service : Shelton Care Oak House). Oak House opened in January 2017 and shares the same values and goals as the rest of the team. Responsibilities
- Provide quality support by listening, discussing and planning individuals’ goals and ambitions.
- Deliver person-centred support.
- Assist with personal care, including mealtimes and medication.
- Encourage and empower individuals to be independent in their everyday lives.
- Support the team in delivering culturally sensitive, compassionate care for residents.
