We are currently recruiting for a Support Worker to join our team at Endurance Care Limited, based in Kings Lynn. Shift patterns include early, late, sleep in, and alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Build positive relationships with people by listening, discussing, and planning goals and ambitions.
  • Help plan their daily tasks and assist with practical activities such as cooking, cleaning, and running errands.
  • Assist with personal care, which may include support with eating and administering medication.
