We are recruiting for a Support Worker – Nights to join our team at National Neurological Services in Morecambe.
Responsibilities
- Build positive relationships with individuals by listening, discussing, and planning goals and ambitions together.
- Plan daily tasks and assist with practical activities such as cooking, cleaning and running errands.
- Assist with personal care, which may include support with eating and administering medication.
- Help plan and participate in days out each individual wishes to enjoy.
- Support individuals to become more independent wherever possible.
