Job Summary
Support Worker (Male) – 40 hours per week – Salary: £12.87 per hour (£26,769.60 per annum). We are recruiting for a Support Worker for Oaklea Care & Support – Taunton.
Role Responsibilities
- You will build positive relationships with people by listening, discussing, and planning goals and ambitions together.
- You will help plan their daily tasks and assist with practical activities such as cooking, cleaning, and running errands.
- You will assist with personal care, which may include support with eating and administering medication.
- You will help to plan and participate in exciting days out they wish to enjoy.
- You will make a positive impact on someone's life by supporting them to become more independent where possible.
