Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Build positive relationships with people by listening, discussing, and planning goals and ambitions together.
- Help plan daily tasks and assist with practical activities such as cooking, cleaning and running errands.
- Provide personal care support, including assistance with eating and administering medication.
- Help plan and participate in days out that the individual wishes to enjoy.
- Support individuals to become more independent wherever possible.
