James's Residential (part of National Care Group) supports individuals (18+) with complex and enduring mental health needs in Fordham, Colchester.

Salary: £12.65 per hour

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • Build positive relationships with people by listening, discussing, and planning goals and ambitions together.
  • Help plan daily tasks and assist with practical activities such as cooking, cleaning and running errands.
  • Provide personal care support, including assistance with eating and administering medication.
  • Help plan and participate in days out that the individual wishes to enjoy.
  • Support individuals to become more independent wherever possible.
