Overview We are currently recruiting for support workers to join our brand‑new service. Foots Farm Lane is due to open in June 2026 and will offer a supportive environment for young adults with complex needs. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the journey.

Role: Support Worker You will work with young adults who have complex needs. We are looking for a respectful and caring individual who can passionately support our young adults to fulfil their potential. This is a challenging role with huge rewards.
Responsibilities:
- Build positive relationships with people by listening, discussing, and planning goals and ambitions together.
- Plan daily tasks and assist with practical activities such as cooking, cleaning and running errands.
- Assist with personal care, including support with eating and administering medication.
- Help plan and participate in enjoyable days out.
- Promote independence and make a positive impact on people’s lives.
