Join Our Team as a Car Park Attendant

Are you a people person with a knack for exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in dynamic environments? If so, we want you on our team

This is a Full time role (37.5 hours p.w), that will see you working 9-5pm, 5 days out of 7 per week, including weekends due to the nature of the business.

What You\’ll Be Doing:

As a Car Park Attendant at our Newark sites your role will be more than just managing parking spaces. You\’ll be a friendly face, ensuring an excellent customer experience while handling state-of-the-art car park equipment. Responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with Customers: Providing top-notch customer service with a smile.
  • Traffic Control Measures: Regulating vehicle entry and exit seamlessly.
  • Regular Foot Patrols: Ensuring the safety and security of the car park.
  • Grounds Maintenance: Keeping the surroundings clean and attractive with tasks like weeding, painting, and cleaning.
  • Painting walls, stairwells, and bay lines (training is provided).
  • Working outdoors, with a requirement to carry out basic landscaping jobs like weeding and hedge trimming (training is provided).

Requirements:

No prior experience in customer service or security? No problem We value enthusiasm and a positive attitude. However, the following skills will be beneficial:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Tech-savvy enough to handle our equipment.
  • Full Manual UK Driver\’s Licence: Essential for the role.
