Join Our Team as a Nightshift Car Park Attendant!
Are you a people person with a knack for exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in dynamic environments? If so, we want you on our team!
This is a fulltime role (37.5hours p.w), that will see you working Wednesday to Sunday, from 10pm – 6am due to the nature of the business.
Responsibilities
What You\’ll Be Doing:
As a Nightshift Car Park Attendant at our Bloomsbury Square site your role will be more than just managing parking spaces. You\’ll be a friendly face, ensuring an excellent customer experience while handling state-of-the-art car park equipment. Responsibilities include:
- Engaging with Customers: Providing top-notch customer service with a smile.
- Traffic Control Measures: Regulating vehicle entry and exit seamlessly.
- Regular Foot Patrols: Ensuring the safety and security of the car park.
- Grounds Maintenance: Keeping the surroundings clean and attractive with tasks like weeding, painting, and cleaning.
- Painting walls, stairwells, and bay lines (training is provided).
- Working outdoors, with a requirement to carry out basic landscaping jobs like weeding and hedge trimming (training is provided).
Qualifications
Requirements:
No prior experience in customer service or security? No problem! We value enthusiasm and a positive attitude. However, the following skills will be beneficial:
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively.
