Join Our Team as a Car Park Attendant!
Are you a people person with a knack for exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in dynamic environments? If so, we want you on our team!
This is afulltime role (37.5 hours p.w), that will see you working 5 days out of 7 including weekends due to the nature of the business.
Responsibilities
As a Car Park Attendant at our Kingston sites your role will be more than just managing parking spaces. You\”ll be a friendly face, ensuring an excellent customer experience while handling state-of-the-art car park equipment. Responsibilities include:
- Engaging with Customers: Providing top-notch customer service with a smile.
- Traffic Control Measures: Regulating vehicle entry and exit seamlessly.
- Regular Foot Patrols: Ensuring the safety and security of the car park.
- Grounds Maintenance: Keeping the surroundings clean and attractive with tasks like weeding, painting, and cleaning.
- Painting walls, stairwells, and bay lines (training is provided).
- Working outdoors, with a requirement to carry out basic landscaping jobs like weeding and hedge trimming (training is provided).
Qualifications
Requirements:
No prior experience in customer service or security? No problem! We value enthusiasm and a positive attitude. However, the following skills will be beneficial:
