Join Our Team as a Car Park Attendant! Are you a people person with a knack for exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in dynamic environments? If so, we want you on our team! We are looking to grow our Birmingham Airport team with the addition of seasonal Car Park Attendants, to support the business as we enter the peak summer period.
Shift Pattern: Rotating Days & Nights, 4 on 4 off.
Contract Details: This is a fixed term contract, due to end on the 3rd of November 2026.
What You'll Be Doing as a Car Park Attendant:
- Engaging with Customers: Providing top‑notch customer service with a smile.
- Traffic Control Measures: Regulating vehicle entry and exit seamlessly.
- Regular Foot Patrols: Ensuring the safety and security of the car park.
- Grounds Maintenance: Keeping the surroundings clean and attractive with tasks like weeding, painting, and cleaning.
What You'll Bring: No prior experience in customer service or security? No problem! We value enthusiasm and a positive attitude. However, the following skills will be beneficial:
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively.
- Basic Computer Skills: Tech‑savvy enough to handle our equipment.
- Full Manual UK Driver's License: Essential for the role. Applicants must be over the age of 23, due to insurance purposes.
