Join our team as a Car Park Attendant at National Car Parks Limited.

Pay range

This role is paid at an hourly rate of £10.00-£13.20 (base pay range). Your final salary will be based on your experience and the site.

Working hours

Full time (37.5 hours per week) with a 5‑day schedule over 7 days, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, providing top‑notch service.
• Control traffic flow and manage vehicle entry/exit.
• Conduct regular foot patrols to ensure safety and security.
• Maintain ground cleanliness, including weeding, painting, and cleaning tasks.
• Carry out basic landscaping such as weeding and hedge trimming.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency for operating equipment.
• Full manual UK driver’s licence.
• No prior customer‑service or security experience required – enthusiasm is valued.
