Risk & Quality Analyst
We are looking for a Risk & Quality Analyst to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our business remains resilient and future‑ready by navigating risks and meeting regulatory requirements. In collaboration with cross‑functional teams, you will embed a robust risk and control framework to support our business aims while fostering a proactive risk culture.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist the Risk Manager with the day‑to‑day running of risk management within the business.
- Respond to and manage any incidents alerted to the risk team, ensuring all information is collected before closure.
- Conduct risk assessments and Risk and Control Self‑Assessments (RCSA’s).
- Assist with control testing and reporting.
- Build risk maturity throughout the business.
- Support the risk manager in introducing new risk processes that enhance the business’s risk maturity.
- Assist with NCP’s annual insurance renewals.
- Work with multiple stakeholders to collect key risk indicators on a quarterly basis.
- Manage the risk register, ensuring risks are up to date, with correct ownership and information.
- Assist with collecting information for internal risk committee quality control reporting.
- Support the quality control of NCP’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure SOPs are updated before they become obsolete.
