Join Our Team as a Part-Time Car Park Attendant! Are you a people person with a knack for exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in dynamic environments? If so, we want you on our team!
This is a part-time role (15 hours p.w), that will see you working 5 days out of 7, for 3 hours each day including weekends due to the nature of the business.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Engaging with Customers: Providing top-notch customer service with a smile.
- Traffic Control Measures: Regulating vehicle entry and exit seamlessly.
- Regular Foot Patrols: Ensuring the safety and security of the car park.
- Grounds Maintenance: Keeping the surroundings clean and attractive with tasks like weeding, painting, and cleaning.
- Painting walls, stairwells, and bay lines (training is provided).
- Working outdoors, with a requirement to carry out basic landscaping jobs like weeding and hedge trimming (training is provided).
Requirements:
No prior experience in customer service or security? No problem! We value enthusiasm and a positive attitude. However, the following skills will be beneficial:
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively.
