Here at NCP, we\’re looking for a Junior Learning & Development Business Partner to support the creation and delivery of L&D strategies and contribute to building a continuous learning culture. This role works closely with the business to ensure L&D initiatives align with business goals, and the organization has a competent and well-trained workforce capable of delivering operational, statutory, and professional objectives. This is a diverse role that independently leads L&D initiatives and solutions, including needs identification, design, delivery, and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to establish current and future learning objectives, conducting training needs analysis, including assessment of managerial, technical, statutory competencies, and skill requirements.
- Support the L&D Business Partner in creating career development programs to drive growth.
- Design and deliver training programs based on business needs, using models like 70/20/10.
- Create content for soft skills and management training.
- Deliver trainings on HR topics such as performance management, feedback, career development, and difficult conversations.
- Collaborate with HRBP team to provide training during new HR process launches.
- Utilize learning technologies to offer innovative, interactive, and personalized learning experiences.
- Support change management initiatives to facilitate organizational transformation.
- Analyze training data to assess effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Manage essential training programs to ensure statutory compliance (e.g., Mandatory Trainings, Health & Safety).
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts to develop function-specific training.
- Manage the Apprenticeship Levy program.
- Streamline L&D processes and logistics management.
- Maintain the Training Toolkit to empower local teams and develop internal trainers.
- Create communications to support initiative launches.
- Build and maintain relationships with external suppliers and consulting partners.
- Perform other duties aligned with the role\’s scope and responsibilities.

- Experience in retail or manufacturing sectors is a plus.
