Join Our Team as a Nightshift Car Park Attendant! Are you a people person with a knack for exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in dynamic environments? If so, we want you on our team! This is a full time role (37.5 hours p.w), that will see you working Tuesday to Saturday, from 10pm - 6am, due to the nature of the business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Engaging with Customers: Providing top‑notch customer service with a smile.
- Traffic Control Measures: Regulating vehicle entry and exit seamlessly.
- Regular Foot Patrols: Ensuring the safety and security of the car park.
- Grounds Maintenance: Keeping the surroundings clean and attractive with tasks like weeding, painting, and cleaning.
- Working outdoors, with a requirement to carry out basic landscaping jobs like weeding and hedge trimming (training is provided).
Requirements
- No prior experience in customer service or security? No problem! We value enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively.
- Basic Computer Skills: Tech‑savvy enough to handle our equipment.
- Full Manual UK Driver's Licence: Essential for the role.
