Join us as a Commercial Area Manager and take charge of the revenue and operational performance of our car parks across your allocated territory. Reporting to the Commercial Business Manager, you'll lead commercial initiatives, manage P&L, and ensure outstanding service delivery to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial activities to maximise revenue.
- Lead local advertising and marketing initiatives to boost customer volumes.
- Oversee property management within car park premises.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet season ticket and revenue targets.
- Conduct competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
