At National Car Parks, we are looking to recruit a full-time Evaluating Excellence UT Car Park Auditor to join our Operational Quality & Service team. If you have experience in auditing multiple locations and a passion for maintaining and improving standards, we would love to hear from you. This is an exciting opportunity to join the UKs largest and longest-standing private car park operator, with over 150,000 spaces across more than 500 locations in towns, cities, airports, and railway stations.
Purpose of the Role
To evaluate UT car parks to ensure high standards, compliance, and operational excellence across the estate. This will involve conducting regular site audits, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety requirements, and providing feedback to support continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Conducting site evaluations on a rolling basis to benchmark and improve standards.
- Performing pre-opening checks for new UT sites to ensure they meet company standards.
- Ensuring compliance with operational processes, procedures, and Health & Safety regulations.
- Engaging with customers to understand their experiences and identify areas for improvement.
- Producing reports to inform management on the effectiveness of the evaluation process.
- Influencing change and driving improvements across multiple locations.
- Ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of colleagues, contractors, and visitors.
Requirements
- GCSEs or NVQ level qualification.
- Full UK manual driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Proficient in IT software and business systems.
- Experience in auditing multiple locations.
- Proven track record in improving operational standards.
- Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
