This is a Fulltime role (37.5 hours p.w), that will see you working 5 days out of 7, including weekends due to the nature of the business.
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Car Park Attendant at our Edinburgh sites your role will be more than just managing parking spaces. You'll be a friendly face, ensuring an excellent customer experience while handling state-of-the-art car park equipment.
- Engaging with Customers: Providing top-notch customer service with a smile.
- Traffic Control Measures: Regulating vehicle entry and exit seamlessly.
- Regular Foot Patrols: Ensuring the safety and security of the car park.
- Grounds Maintenance: Keeping the surroundings clean and attractive with tasks like weeding, painting, and cleaning.
- Painting walls, stairwells, and bay lines (training is provided).
- Working outdoors, with a requirement to carry out basic landscaping jobs like weeding and hedge trimming (training is provided).
Requirements:
No prior experience in customer service or security? No problem! We value enthusiasm and a positive attitude. However, the following skills will be beneficial:
