The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple jobs from start to finish and thrive under tight deadlines. You will be responsible for co-ordinating jobs for global blue-chip brands ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities: Manage projects end-to-end, from planning through to completion. Coordinate scheduling, teams, contractors, and resources to meet Completion deadlines. Prioritise competing jobs effectively to ensure urgent tasks are completed on time. Adapt quickly to emergencies or unexpected delays, keeping all projects on track. Communicate proactively with clients and stakeholders to ensure transparency and satisfaction. Identify risks and implement rapid solutions to maintain project timelines. Required Skills
