The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing leads and assisting with conversion on all jobs, ensuring smooth progress from initial enquiry to project delivery. You will also plan and organise field team activities and customer visits, helping maximise efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track renewable energy project leads from initial enquiry through to conversion/completion.
- Plan and schedule field team activities and customer visits to support timely follow-up and project execution.
- Assist in converting leads into confirmed jobs by coordinating resources, communications, and documentation.
- Prioritise leads and tasks to ensure high-value opportunities are addressed quickly.
- Adapt quickly to changes in scheduling or customer requirements, ensuring no delays in progress.
- Communicate proactively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to maintain strong relationships and smooth lead progression.
- Identify potential issues or bottlenecks and implement rapid solutions to aid conversion.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience managing leads and assisting with job/project conversion in the renewables or related sector.
- Strong organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills, including scheduling field teams and customer visits.
- Excellent problem-solving and quick decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in project management and CRM software (Microsoft Project, Salesforce, or similar).
- Computer competency across Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to support lead conversion and client satisfaction.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
