Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track renewable energy project leads from initial enquiry through to conversion/completion.
  • Plan and schedule field team activities and customer visits to support timely follow-up and project execution.
  • Assist in converting leads into confirmed jobs by coordinating resources, communications, and documentation.
  • Prioritise leads and tasks to ensure high-value opportunities are addressed quickly.
  • Adapt quickly to changes in scheduling or customer requirements, ensuring no delays in progress.
  • Communicate proactively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to maintain strong relationships and smooth lead progression.
  • Identify potential issues or bottlenecks and implement rapid solutions to aid conversion.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience managing leads and assisting with job/project conversion in the renewables or related sector.
  • Strong organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills, including scheduling field teams and customer visits.
  • Excellent problem-solving and quick decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management and CRM software (Microsoft Project, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Computer competency across Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
