Murex is the core software package for Capital Markets derivatives, used by all sectors (Front, Risk, Operations, Finance, and more).

This will allow you to develop your expertise to its full potential.

  • Listening and understanding needs
  • Analyse impacts, develop solutions and integrate them into the ecosystem
  • Test, implement stable solutions by automating quality tests and support these solutions
  • Ensure that the established solution is scalable, does not create debt, and is in line with the guiding principles of the architecture
  • Participate in the new Dev Ops culture in code and config management
  • Contribute to the evolution of services and functional solutions in your business environment by participating in Murex deliveries with all your stakeholders
  • Make decisions and recommendations that will improve your business partners' processes
  • Influence by recommending deployment strategies that take into account production constraints and business processes
  • Contribute strongly to the development of the team's skills including Murex expertise
  • Raise risks/issues with mitigation plans and solutions
  • Raise and validate points with the vendor when required
  • Application and technological support on the Murex software package.

Your profile

  • Industry-related bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience or industry-related master's degree and 3 years of experience
  • In-depth knowledge of the full functionality of the Murex Front to Back system
  • Mastery of Murex front office expertise (configuration and booking of products, calculation of P&L and risk measures, simulation, pretrade)
  • Knowledge of Capital Markets Derivatives
  • SQL and UNIX knowledge
  • Good knowledge of Agile principles and methodology
  • Willingness to work in a work environment that strongly promotes autonomy and resourcefulness
  • Willingness to be part of a high-performing, dynamic and motivated team.
