Are you passionate about providing high quality services for autistic adults?

Are you a highly motivated and resilient person who can lead and inspire others?

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the smooth running of and line management of dedicated services

  • improving quality through practice, by mentoring and coaching managers and teams to achieve their best

  • Delivery, monitoring and review of services in line with statutory and contractual requirements, ensuring all actions are met in a timely manner

  • Producing regular reports for the Area Manager and external parties in line with service delivery and Key Performance Indicators

  • Coordination of new referrals, assessments and offer placements

  • Health and Safety and Risk management

  • Managing conflict and resolving any complaints or concerns
