What the day will look like
- Understand the prospect's business and identify their needs, positioning Aon as the logical alternative through strong sector knowledge, benchmarking (including GRIP), and professional articulation of Aon's risk solutions.
- Develop tailored revenue proposals using insights from similar clients and the full range of Aon services to ensure profitable, valueâadding propositions.
- Collaborate with Project Management, Broking, and international Aon offices to ensure seamless delivery against the agreed proposition.
- Shape and contribute to client service propositions, taking a leading role where required in customisation, quality control, and presentation materials.
- Work closely with Claims colleagues to build a strong, differentiated Claims proposition for each new client.
- Build strong internal relationships â particularly across Client Management, Client Services, and specialist teams â to select the right experts for each prospect pitch.
- Ensure full compliance with Aon Business Rules, FCA regulations, and all statutory requirements.
What Makes This Role Different
This is a pure newâbusiness role within Aon's specialist UK Construction practice, focused on winning complex, seniorâlevel clients rather than managing an existing portfolio. You will take a highly consultative approach, using deep sector knowledge, benchmarking (including GRIP), claims insight and Aon's full range of risk solutions to create genuinely differentiated propositions, all while working flexibly in a collaborative, multiâdisciplinary environment with access to expertise across the UK and globally.
