Financial Accountant – 12 months – Global FS Institution

We\’ve recently partnered with a global Alternative Investment firm who have an exciting opportunity to join their Financial Control team on a 12 month basis. Focusing on the corporate side of the business, you will be given fantastic exposure to senior management, with the opportunity to take on a lot of responsibility quite rapidly.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of monthly close packages
  • Substantiating the GL accounts, completing variance analysis and communicating results
  • Monthly financial analysis and presenting to senior management
  • Ad-hoc project work

Your background:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified, 2+ years PQE
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within Financial Services
  • Experience with month end close, preparation of financial statements – confident with excel and complex formulas
  • Ambitious self-starter, comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
