The predicted salary is between 31537 - 32000 £ per year.
Part time – 3 days per week (21 hours) Starting salary – £37,780 (£62,966 FTE) rising to £39,767 (£66,279 FTE) per annum plus agile working and cash for car allowance and an attractive benefits package. Our range of excellent benefits include:

Applied pro-rata if working part-time. You will be based remotely (at home) with the ability to cover the Wales region for field-based work. Residence in or near the region identified, the ability to drive and a valid driving licence are essential for this role.
Job summary: Are you looking for a new role that will help to support school leaders, and our union, as we continue to grow and organise across the regions? We’re looking for a committed and determined individual to advise, support and represent our members in Wales, dealing with a wide range of employment and professional issues that may impact on their continued employment and job security. The role will act as an advocate in relation to internal employment and other procedures to secure the most appropriate resolution for our members. Our officers provide support for branches and regions within their designated areas ensuring that our campaigning and organising priorities are delivered and lead on training for branch officials. If you would like the opportunity to influence the future of the education system, this vacancy may be of interest to you.
Person specification: We are looking for an individual with experience of advocacy and representing others in difficult situations, along with strong organising skills. Good negotiation skills balanced with a strong trade union, employment law or education law background are essential for this role. You will also need to have strong leadership skills and a proven track record of using your own initiative to manage complex and difficult situations. Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to influence are also critical. In order to deliver the best service to members, we ask that candidates for this role are prepared to travel extensively and work long hours when needed to get the job done.
