Part time – 3 days per week (21 hours)
Starting salary - £27,582 rising to £29,032.80 plus agile working and cash for car allowance and an attractive benefits package.

You will be based remotely (at home) with the ability to cover either the South East or Central region. Residence in the region identified, the ability to drive and a valid driving licence are essential for this role.
NAHT is looking for an experienced trade union organiser who is able to help drive our organising and campaigns priorities in England helping to strengthen our collective voice in line with Unions national strategic aims. Reporting to the Regional Head this role will support the delivery of NAHT’s organising and campaigns strategy ensuring the strategic direction of NAHT is successfully implemented in the branches and regions.
