The National Army Museum seeks an exceptional Director to provide strategic and operational leadership, acting as Accounting Officer for governance, financial stewardship, and organisational performance. The postholder will collaborate with staff, Council, the Army, government stakeholders and partners to shape the Museum’s future and public offer.
Reporting to the Chair and Council, the Director will drive long-term strategy, secure sustainability through commercial activity and fundraising.
