Northumberland and Durham Aquatics is looking for a
County Welfare Officer to help ensure a safe, inclusive and positive environment for all members across the county.
This key volunteer role will lead on safeguarding and welfare matters, support Club Welfare Officers, promote best practice, and act as an independent point of contact for concerns.
We are looking for someone who is
- Approachable, empathetic and trustworthy.
- Passionate about safeguarding and member wellbeing.
- A confident communicator with good organisational skills.
- Committed to supporting clubs, volunteers and swimmers across the county.
What’s involved?
- Supporting safeguarding and welfare across Northumberland and Durham.
