We are seeking a talented individual to join Marsh Commercial in Worcester. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least four days a week in the office.
We have an exciting opportunity here at Marsh Commercial, as we're looking to recruit a Client Advisor to join us in our Enterprise Centre of Excellence. For this role we are happy to consider those without prior insurance experience and are looking to enter the commercial insurance sector. If successful you'll be provided with a first-class induction, as well as be given the opportunity to attain chartered insurance qualifications.
Once you have received initial training and support, you will be responsible for servicing a dedicated portfolio of clients managing renewals, mid-term changes and any additional queries that are presented. We will rely on you to:
- Manage day to day queries, renewals, amendments and mid-term adjustments.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams via telephone and email.
- Work collaboratively within the team to meet deadlines and service standards.
- Be present in the office 4 days a week (5 days during probation period).
What you need to have:
- Strong data input and administration experience.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
- Good telephone communication skills and telephone literacy.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work in the office as specified.
- Experience utilising the Microsoft Office suite and similar products.
