Are you looking for a career within reinsurance with training and development opportunities? Join Guy Carpenter's Facultative team in Norwich as a Reinsurance Account Manager. We're recruiting for a role based in Norwich (hybrid working with three days per week in the office) including the opportunity to visit our London office.

The Opportunity

You’ll join a skilled facultative team with exposure to a wide variety of stakeholders - including senior leaders and global colleagues - and real scope to develop your career. This role could suit someone who already works in reinsurance account management, or someone with previous office-based experience looking to start a career in reinsurance and the drive to succeed.

  • Experience in an office-based role with strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong client focus, and the ability to prioritise in a busy environment.
  • Good numeracy and analytical skills, with a practical approach to solving problems.

By joining the Guy Carpenter Facultative team, you will work alongside one of the most experienced facultative reinsurance teams in the industry.

Hybrid: Marsh is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.
